Nastar (Indonesian pineapple snack)

Ingredient
500 grams flours
60 grams cornstarch
400 grams margarine
40 grams powder milk
120 grams confections sugar
4 yolks
1/4 tea spoon salt

Pineapple Jam
Ingredient
800 grams pineapple, ground it
400 grams confections sugar
1/4 cinnamon powder

Procedure:
1. Mix flours, cornstarch and powder milk
2. Add confection sugars, yolks, margarine, salt
3. use strong whisk to make a dough until
the dough like sand
4.make compact the dough using your hand
5.Roll the dough and shape what ever you want
6.put jam inside and put on pan
7.bake 20 minute on temperature 250 F
8.jam: mix all ingredient and cook until no water
